These are the best hot cross buns I’ve ever had and maybe the best thing I’ve ever made! I did half with chocolate chips rather than fruit for my partner who doesn’t like raisins. Thank you for this recipe!

There is no water in the dough recipe, only milk, eggs and thangzhong.
