I make recipe content for food and lifestyle brands: original recipes, short-form video and honest reviews, all made in my own kitchen. Here’s some of what I’ve made so far.
18 short videos for Spicemaster's masala and braai spice ranges, shot and edited in my own kitchen and at my braai. I cooked their masalas into everyday curries like butter chicken, and developed original braai recipes around each of their braai spices.
A Heritage Day braai feast for Food Lover's Market, built around their Home of Lekka Braai theme: apricot and garlic snoek on the braai, biltong pap croquettes with veg atchar mayo, garlic bread and all the sides that make it a celebration.
An honest restaurant review of Cafe 28 in Inanda, Sandton, looking at what makes their pizza work and what to order. Posted as an Instagram collaboration with the restaurant, with the review itself left entirely to me.
